2024 Opening Day Tournament

A beautiful spring day was enjoyed by all participants in the Opening Day Denim and Diamonds tournament. The Texas Two Step format was a fun format for the tournament. Each player hit their drive and then traded with their partner for their second shot. After choosing which second shot to play, the remaining shots were a scramble format. There were three flights based on handicap and a Closest to the Pin hole for each flight.

A dessert party was held at the Northside Amenity Center where the winners were announced. Everyone wore their "Bling" for the event. Closest to the pin winners were Sue Miller, Lesley Pryor and Vicki Flood. Karren Herron and Jenny Blackwood won the door prizes at the party.
